Advanced Placement and Credit by Exam

Advanced Placement and Credit by Exam

Students have the opportunity to take advanced placement tests or credit-by-exam twice each year.  An advanced placement test allows a student to advance one grade level at the elementary level or one course at the secondary level without having any prior instruction at that grade level or in that course.  A credit-by-exam allows a student to receive credit for a course which he previously took but did not receive credit.
