Reasoning Mind

    Reasong Mind (RM) is a new math program at AMS.  The students log onto rmcity.org and enter RM City.  The program is individualized for each student and is self paced.  As students master an objective they move on.  If a student is having difficulties with a specific objective the program diagnosis the problem.  The teacher will then do one onone tutoring with the individual student.  The teacher is always in the classroom monitoring, answering questions, and pulling small groups for tutorials.

    In RM, the GENIE is there with the students every step of the way to motivate them and to give assistance.  When students get questions correct they will receive points.  Throughout the year students will be receiving prizes based on the number of points they have earned and the % of problems they get correct. 

    I do strongly encourage all students to work on their curriculum outside of school.

    I am very excited about Reasoning Mind.  This will be a great rewarding year for the RM students.
