How can the students truely see,
unless we teach them to see?

 An education in the art is an essential part of the academic curriculum.  The arts embrace intuition, imagination, and originality; promote critical thinking and problem solving. The arts offer the learner a way to make connections with other peoples, cultures, times and places. 

All people need to learn to think, problem solve
and connect.  That is why we teach the arts.
