Welcome to Pre-AP World Geography and AP United States History. 

Pre-AP World Geography will include both the physical and cultural aspects of geography.  We will cover the world through regional units.  With each region we will learn the physical portion through maps and the cultural portion through their textbook, articles, videos, etc.  Students will also be required to write many essays as the year progresses. 

AP United States History is a college level course to prepare students for the APUSH exam given in May.  A passing score on that exam will provide students with college credit in US History. Due to the vast amount of history we must cover, we will move very quickly.  Students will have a great deal of reading to do in preparation for our class discussions.  Students will also be required to write many essays throughout the year.
