Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 school year.

What a great year we have in store. Let me tell you about me.

I have a degree in Elementary Education that I received from Louisiana Tech in 1987. I taught 4th grade in the New Orleans area for 7 years then quit to stay home with my children. I am certified to teach 4th through 8th grade, all areas.

I have been married for 21 years and have two children. Kyle is 18 and is going to Texas State University to major in History and Political Science. Kelli is 15 and will be a sophomore at Angleton High School this year. My family left New Orleans in 1999. We moved to Red Deer,Alberta,Canada and lived there for five years. In 2004, we moved to Angleton and have lived here since. In 2005, I went back to work part time to get experience in the district, but still have time for my family. I am now teaching science full time and can't wait to get the year started.
