REGISTRATION FOR ANGLETON ISD

PRE-KINDERGARTEN AND KINDERGARTEN CONTINUES

Registration will be held through May 18, 2007, at the Early Childhood Campus, 429 East Locust, Angleton, Texas, from 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. in the Library.

Any child who reaches his/her fourth (4) birthday on or before September 1st, is limited English proficient and/or qualifies for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program, based on total family income, or the child of an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States. (DoD photo identification needed) may register for the Pre-Kindergarten Program.

Any child who reaches his/her fifth (5) birthday on or before September 1st, may register for Kindergarten. All parents are encouraged to come in to enroll their child.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL STUDENT REGISTRATION

1. Immunization Record - All dates must be complete with month/day/year.

2. State Certified Birth Certificate

3. Child's Social Security Card

4. Picture ID of the parent/guardian enrolling child

5. Proof of Residency - Water or Light Bill

6. Proof of Income for the whole household, if registering for Pre-Kindergarten
